Hi,
I recently subscribed to GitHub Copilot Pro and the payment was successfully processed.
My billing page shows:
• Copilot Pro – Active subscription
• Monthly payment: $10
• Next payment: Apr 07, 2026
However, when I go to the Copilot settings page it shows the message:
“Your account is unable to upgrade Copilot. Please contact Support.”
Because of this, I cannot activate Copilot even though the subscription is active.
I have already opened a support ticket and shared my invoice and payment receipt, but I have not received a response yet.
Could someone please help review my account and check if there is a restriction preventing Copilot activation?
