There’s nothing else you can really do. Your app is already in the review queue. If you want an update, you need to reach out to GitHub support. |

Marketplace reviews can sometimes take longer than the 5–7 days mentioned in the docs, especially if there’s a queue or if the submission needs an internal review. A week or a bit more isn’t uncommon. If everything in the submission checklist is completed (permissions, webhook setup, pricing, documentation, etc.), it’s usually just waiting in the review queue. GitHub normally contacts you through email or the marketplace submission page if they need changes. If it stays pending for much longer, you could try contacting GitHub Support directly or checking the developer settings page, where the marketplace listing status appears. Hope that helps! |

Best step is to contact GitHub Support directly and open a ticket referencing your app name (Zaxion) and submission date (March 1, 2026). You can also check your registered email for any automated feedback that may have been missed or landed in spam. If you have access to a GitHub Partner or Enterprise support channel, use that for a faster escalation. |

Hello GitHub Team,
I submitted Zaxion (a PR governance automation tool) to the GitHub Marketplace on [March 1, 2026], and the approval status has been pending for over a week with no updates or feedback.
App Details:
What I've Done:
My Question:
According to the documentation, marketplace reviews typically take 5-7 days. Is there something missing from my submission, or is my app in a review queue? I'm happy to provide any additional information or make changes if needed.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
App Overview (for context):
Zaxion automates PR governance by enforcing CONTRIBUTING.md rules, running AST-powered code analysis, and providing simulation testing for policies before enforcement. It's designed for open-source projects and engineering teams.
