Copilot failed to leave comments correctly when re-reviewing my PR.

I opened a PR and invited Copilot to review it. After the review was completed, I made some changes to the PR. After pushing the updates, I clicked the Re-request review button to invite Copilot to review it again. In the session logs, I can see that Copilot generated a summary about the changes in the PR. However, the final response shown in the PR is:
“Copilot reviewed 3 out of 3 changed files in this pull request and generated no new comments.”

What I want:
Copilot should post the newly generated PR Overview to the PR, or update the existing one, instead of showing “generated no new comments.”
